The project site is 266 Acres in size and consists of a 5,000 foot entrance road, 8,000 of rail loop, and extensive site grading.

BSCE has been providing engineering and survey services along with construction management services including inspection, survey and layout, and materials testing. The project required strict adherence to the set schedule and included coordination with the owner, Pondera County, BNSF, various State Agencies, and various construction contractors. The project is anticipated to be complete by the Fall of 2012.

BSCE provided all legal land surveying and topographic survey and mapping to be used in the design of the facility. A comprehensive storm drainage analysis was completed to appropriately size culverts and detention basins.
