The project site is 200 Acres in size and consists of 3,800 feet of interior site roads, 11,000 feet of rail loop, and extensive site grading.

Beginning in June of 2012, BSCE will be providing engineering and survey services to United Grain in the development of a large grain handling facility. BSCE will provide topographic surveying and mapping, construction management services including inspection, survey and layout, and materials testing. A comprehensive storm drainage analysis was completed to appropriately size culverts and detention basins.

The project required strict adherence to the set schedule and included coordination with the owner, Adams County, BNSF, various State Agencies, and various construction contractors. The project is anticipated to be complete by the Fall of 2013.
