The proposed hotel development will be constructed on South Haynes Avenue in Miles City, MT. An older motel had occupied the property for many decades, and it was recently razed. Our firm has completed all topographic surveys and collected all existing utility information at the property.
BSCE is working with MDT's Glendive office to obtain two new approaches from Haynes Avenue. Our firm is responsible for all site design services, water mains, hydrants, water services, sewer main extensions and services, parking lot design, and grading/drainage in strict accordance with the MDT and the City of Miles City's public works department.
