Paxton is a Chemical Engineering graduate from Montana State University - Bozeman. He assists with the management of BSCE’s environmental division and he is responsible for corrective action planning, investigative fieldwork, groundwater monitoring, remedial fieldwork, site assessments, and coordination with Montana’s DEQ on dozens of petroleum release sites throughout the state of Montana. While at Big Sky Civil & Environmental, Inc. he has also assisted with Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, Spill Prevention Countermeasure Control (SPCC) Plans, land subdivisions, commercial site design, and construction inspection. Paxton is certified in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), as a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Administrator, and as a nuclear density testing technician for construction materials testing.
