Great Falls, MT

Planning, design, permitting, and zone change for a 90-room, $8.5 million hotel development near Fox Farm Road in Great Falls. Project involves water main and sewer main extensions, grading/drainage plans, DEQ stormwater permitting, and numerous public hearings with City of Great Falls, neighborhood councils, and neighboring properties. BSCE completed all surveying and coordination with FEMA to remove subject parcel from the mapped 100-year floodplain. Project will begin construction in spring 2018.
