Holter Lake, MT

Planning, design, and permitting for a 22-unit condominium development on the banks of Holter Lake near Wolf Creek, MT. Project includes the design of a public water system with onsite wells, underground water storage tanks, booster pumps, and a water treatment system as well as a public wastewater system with advanced wastewater treatment, onsite lift station, UV disinfection, and a rapid infiltration disposal system. Project also included DEQ subdivision review, County roadway design, grading/drainage plans, and extensive coordination with the DEQ and Lewis & Clark County to complete this technically challenging project. Project will begin construction in spring 2018.
