Planning, design, and permitting $5.0 convenience store and casino on 10th Ave. S. in Great Falls. Project involved the demolition of the existing Town House Inn hotel, grading/drainage plans, subsurface wastewater storage and treatment, DEQ stormwater permitting, and numerous public hearings with City of Great Falls, neighborhood councils, and neighboring properties. Project was completed in spring 2017.
