BSCE has been providing all civil and site design services for the Comfort Inn expansion on the west end of Shelby, Montana. The development is situated in very close proximity to the site of the famous Dempsey-Gibbons fight.

BSCE was responsible for all civil engineering design services, planning, permitting, and coordination with City of Shelby. The project scope included water main extensions, a sewer main extension, parking lot expansion, and site grading & drainage plans. Unique aspects of this project consisted of correcting former drainage problems on the west end of the property and maintaining a continued occupancy of the existing hotel and the existing casino/lounge. Construction was initiated in late May, 2011.
